I haven't done it with the P365 but I use to ankle carry a G43 in a Galco Ankle Glove which BTW is the Gold standard in ankle holsters. The P365 is actually a tad smaller than the G43 (P365 uses the G42 holster for the GAG).Primarily, the safety protrudes over the "stepped" pin that is mentioned in the videos that show how to install a flat trigger. I suggest you watch the videos that are available for the non-safety version and you will see there isn't any difference in the procedure. Good morning sbank, I have a P365 and P365XL. I thought the triggers were pretty good right out of the box, but I like to tinker, so I installed MCARBO spring kits on both. On the P365, I swapped the trigger out to a flat trigger, like the XL already had.Nov 23, 2018 · Milling we'll say $200.00. (give or take) At $600.00 that's more than the initial cost of a P365 to add a Red Dot. So..if you get a P365 for $500.00 and the Red Dot for $600.00 you now have an $1,100.00 P365 setup. If I had $1,100.00 to spend on a Red Dot setup I do not think that it would be a P365. The Sig Sauer P365 is a semi-automatic striker-fired pistol that is similar in some ways to the larger P320 series. It's a different gun and parts aren't compatible with the Sig P320, but the influence is plain to see. I shot my S&W M&P40 and Sig P365 at 43 yards last week to see if I could score hits on a head-sized target with five rounds, rapid fire. I scored 2 hits each. This week, I tried 50 yard shots, with a rest, 5-shots, slow fire, with cheap Remington ammo in a Glock G19 Gen 5 MOS with a Burris Fastfire III red dot, and a Sig P365 ... Come join the discussion about optics, hunting ...In my opinion, the P365 trigger is smooth enough. Any gains achieved by polishing will not likely show up on your target 7-15 yards away. Where and how consistently the bullet hits should be the goal, not the feel of the trigger. Edit: and I do get the fix it til it’s broke and it’s fun to modify stuff thing.The standard P365 release works fine for me, but some folks may want one a little bigger. I'd just be careful about any real modifications or aftermarket parts for warranty, EDC function, and liability reasons. I have a Sig flat trigger on my P365, but consider that a Sig designed option, not a modification..
